Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Playu uses a prepaid balance in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Top ups are processed through our payment provider. Balance is used to pay for the services you provision and is generally non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose, to abuse shared infrastructure, to send unsolicited bulk email, or to host content that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and factors beyond our control may affect availability from time to time.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or non-payment. You may stop using the services at any time. Data associated with terminated accounts may be deleted after a reasonable period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT. Playu Cloud Nusantara is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
